Do you stock other merchandise?
We certainly do – take a peek at www.extravaganza.uk.com or have a chat with us. But remember the items on this site are specifically chosen to represent the Swansea University brand guidelines and are pre-approved by the Brand and Communications Team.
How long will my merchandise take to arrive?
Most of the items on this site take 2-3 weeks from the approval of the order but if you need them sooner just let us know and we will be able to advise you.
What if I want different options to the ones on this site?
That’s not a problem, we can help you with alternatives. We will ensure that all of your merchandise is Swansea University brand compliant.
I need merchandise for my event urgently – is there anything you can do?
The Items that state ‘Stock held in print room’ are available for delivery in 1-2 days. Otherwise, speak to the Extravaganza team who can offer express ideas.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
If you are not happy with any of the products, we can help. Send over photos of the product/s and we can arrange a free collection to check it over on site. We can then offer a refund or reprint to best resolve the issue.
What if my merchandise doesn’t arrive on time?
We are able to calculate accurate lead times at the time of order and if there are any risks to your delivery date then we will let you know. But remember to plan your merchandise early and add on extra few days to be on the safe side. Please consider the delivery time from goods inwards to your location on campus too - this usually takes a day.
How do we pay?
You will need to add a valid purchase order number to cover the cost of your order at the checkout. Our Supplier number on Agresso is: 15776 EXTRAVAGANZA PROMOTIONAL MERCHANDISE.
Will you help me choose some ideas for my event?
Yes, we can definitely help with advising you on student trends, popular items, how to distribute the merchandise and campaign ideas.
I have never ordered merchandise before – how does it all work?
It’s easy! Pick and choose your Swansea University Merchandise and send us your order. We will be in touch to confirm details before the products go to print. It then gets delivered directly to you.
Can you create kits and goody bags for us?
If you need a range of items to create a kit or goody bag speak to us and we can advise the best way to do this.

Are your products eco-friendly?
We have a wide range of eco- friendly products and items that can help achieve zero waste lifestyles.
I have placed the order but changed my mind, will I still have to pay?
We will confirm the order with you before we start printing, so you have the opportunity to change your mind before then.
I have a really weird idea for merchandise. Can you print on anything?
Yes, we can. Just tell us your weird idea – we love them.
Can you help me source a product?
Yes, no problem. Just send us a photo or as much information as possible about the item.
Can you hold stock for us?
We can hold certain stock items and split deliver to various locations.
